Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and driven Client Service Assistant to join our team at CHS in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain experience in the client service industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Conduct research to address client concerns and provide solutions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Attend meetings and training sessions as required - Other administrative tasks as assigned
