Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


Ameriprise Financial is seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, providing support to our clients in the Bern, Kanton Bern area. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.


Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist in managing client accounts, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records - Collaborate with the financial advisor team to develop and implement financial plans for clients - Coordinate and schedule client meetings, both in person and virtually - Conduct research and analysis as needed to support client needs and financial planning strategies - Maintain confidentiality of client information and adhere to all compliance regulations


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Strong organizational and time management skills - Cooperative attitude and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously - Visa sponsorship, company transportation, and relocation allowance offered - Equal opportunity employer
