Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Thermoplan AG is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Associate level position, we are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and information in our CRM system. - Assist with client onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. - Communicate regularly with clients via email, phone, and video conference to build strong relationships and foster trust. - Analyze client feedback and provide insights to improve our products and services.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Previous experience in client service or a similar role preferred.
