Job Description:
As a Client Service Assistant at XPO Logistics, your main responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service to our clients while working from home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. You will be part of a dynamic team and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or queries they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat to address any inquiries or issues they may have - Process client orders and ensure timely delivery - Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure smooth operations - Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful information to clients - Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Resilient and able to work under pressure - Willingness to cooperate with team members and assist others when necessary - Strong research skills to provide accurate information to clients
