Client Service Associate

Job Description: As a Client Service Associate at Kindred Healthcare in Basel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Ensure client satisfaction by providing personalized service and support - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Reliable and driven individual who is committed to delivering excellent service - Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
