Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client servicing and gain valuable experience in a global company.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Maintain client records and ensure data accuracy in CRM system - Contribute to the development of client service strategies and initiatives - Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights to clients - Handle any escalated client issues with professionalism and empathy

Requirements: - Energetic and resilient personality with a positive attitude - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think creatively and solve problems effectively - Strong people management skills and ability to multitask - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred, but not required - No experience required, training will be provided
