Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a driven and resilient Client Service Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact - Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services - Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to meet client needs - Manage client accounts, including contract renewals and negotiations - Analyze client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
