Client Service Associate

Overview:

Ralph Lauren is seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. The ideal candidate for this part-time position at the Associate level will have at least 4 years of experience in client service and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded at every touchpoint.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Maintain client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available - Coordinate with various departments to fulfill client requests and provide solutions - Conduct research on market trends and client preferences to better tailor our services - Assist in project management tasks, such as organizing events or campaigns to engage clients - Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and drive revenue growth - Uphold the company's values and brand image in all client interactions - Keep track of client feedback and continuously strive to improve our services

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - At least 4 years of experience in a client service role - Hardworking and independent with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Solid research and project management abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Fluency in English and German
