Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Remote Client Service Associate to join our team at Owens & Minor in Geneva, Switzerland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Service Associate will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role, possess excellent attention to detail, and have strong persuasion skills.
Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, pricing, and availability to clients - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure client satisfaction - Maintain and update client records in the CRM system - Work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Meet or exceed performance targets and goals set by the company - Continuously improve customer service procedures and processes
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
