Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Client Service Associate to join our team at eBay in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up - Assist clients with any inquiries or issues they may have regarding our products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on new products or services - Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients in a fair and transparent manner - Keep accurate records of all client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with clients

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client service or related role - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Driven and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
