Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description: As a Remote Client Service Associate at Franklin Resources, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients from a remote location in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account maintenance, processing transactions, and resolving issues - Conduct research and analysis to address client needs and provide appropriate solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client interactions - Maintain accurate records and documentation of client communications
