Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and independent Client Service Associate to join our team at 3M in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate level position, we require at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels - Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases as needed - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assist in the onboarding process for new clients - Contribute to the development and improvement of client service processes

Requirements: - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a team setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Previous experience in a client service or customer support role - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office applications - Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
