Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

Community Health Systems is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Client Service Associate to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are confident, energetic, have strong analytical skills, and excel in presentation.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support remotely - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure seamless communication - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our services and offerings - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Track and report on client engagement and satisfaction metrics - Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in client service or a similar role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and training sessions - Fluency in English and German is preferred
