Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

TAG Heuer, a renowned luxury watch brand based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, is seeking a part-time Client Service Associate to work from home. As an Associate Level position with 3 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be driven, hardworking, possess strong teamwork and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving any issues in a timely manner. 3. Assist in maintaining client records and databases accurately. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill client requests and orders. 6. Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. 7. Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client service role. 2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. 4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 5. Experience in luxury retail or customer service is preferred. 6. Bachelor's degree in a related field is an asset. 7. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home.
