Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Client Service Associate to join our team at Valero Energy, a leading energy company based in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a client service or related role, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Conduct research and analysis to understand clients' needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions - Prepare and present reports on client activity, trends, and market insights - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in client service to continuously improve processes and enhance the client experience

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven track record of at least 4 years in a client service or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Leadership and research soft skills - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software
