Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a motivated and experienced Client Service Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Service Associate, you will work from home and be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality service to clients through phone, email, and virtual communications - Assist clients with inquiries, problem resolution, and account maintenance - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and products to provide informed recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Persuasion skills to effectively influence and guide clients - Critical thinking ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems
