Client Service Associate - Work from home

Terex is seeking a passionate and independent Client Service Associate to join our team working from home in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat 2. Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries 4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions 6. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives

Requirements: 1. Passionate about client service and helping others 2. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 3. Strong leadership and adaptability skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software 6. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
