Job Description:
Frontier Communications is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Service Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery. This is a part-time position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in client service management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our services - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and ensure their successful completion - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer experience - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client satisfaction and progress towards goals - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in client service management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in client service management, with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and excellent decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
