Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


As a Client Service Manager at Booz Allen Hamilton Holding, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional services. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the needs and requirements of clients, develop customized solutions, and oversee the implementation process. You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the company, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations - Analyze client requirements and develop customized solutions to meet their needs - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services - Monitor and track client satisfaction levels, addressing any issues or concerns promptly - Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts and service delivery - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client base - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide innovative solutions to clients - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure long-term relationships with clients


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience as a Client Service Manager or similar role for at least 7 years - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful attitude, with the ability to handle challenging situations - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of project management principles and practices
