Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Navistar International is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Manager to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service at all times.


Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries and requests - Develop a deep understanding of the client's business needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to clients - Prepare reports on client activity, including sales forecasts and customer feedback - Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our services remain competitive


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong persuasion and negotiation skills - Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with others - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience in the transportation or automotive industry is a plus
