Job Description - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Icahn Enterprises is seeking a motivated and reliable Client Service Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong creativity and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations. 2. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize client satisfaction and retention. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services to clients. 4. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly. 5. Analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 6. Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction and key performance indicators. 7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in client service management or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Fluency in English and German.
