Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

Franklin Resources is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a part-time role with mid-to-senior level seniority, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in client service or related fields.

Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing accurate and detailed information about our products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure smooth delivery of services - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction metrics and take action to address any areas of improvement - Develop and implement client service strategies to enhance overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality to effectively engage with clients and build strong relationships - Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client communications and service delivery - Excellent persuasion skills to influence client decisions and drive revenue growth - Proven track record of exceeding client service expectations and achieving sales targets - Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
