Job Description - Client Service Manager

As a Client Service Manager at Ford Motor in Lausanne, Vaud, CH, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients. This part-time position is well-suited for a professional with mid-to-senior level experience, with at least 7 years of experience in a client-facing role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all their needs and inquiries - Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective resolution of any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the overall client experience - Regularly review client feedback and implement improvements where necessary - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status - Prepare and deliver reports on client performance and satisfaction levels


Requirements: - Proven experience in a client service or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Persuasive and able to influence others - Reliable and dependable - Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
