Client Service Manager

Job Description:

The Client Service Manager at Jabil Circuit in Lausanne, Vaud will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients. This part-time position requires a candidate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in client service or a related field at the mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed successfully - Analyze client feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Supervise and mentor a team of client service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth - Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on client service performance and trends

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client service or account management, with at least 8 years in a mid-to-senior level position - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong people management soft skills
