Client Service Manager - Work from home

Bystronic Laser AG is seeking a confident and passionate Client Service Manager to work remotely from Zurich, Switzerland. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and issue resolution - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner - Provide support in the creation and implementation of client service strategies - Monitor and analyze client satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed - Assist in the onboarding of new clients and provide training and guidance as necessary - Stay current on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service offerings

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record in client service or account management - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing client needs - Strong planning and organizational skills
