Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Clariant AG, a leading chemical company based in Basel, Switzerland, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This position is ideal for candidates at the mid-to-senior level with at least 6 years of experience in client service.


As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions to help them achieve their goals.


Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Communicate proactively with clients to address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Provide regular updates and reports on client activities and performance


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent time management and decision-making skills - Resilient and dedicated attitude towards client satisfaction - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
