Job Description - Client Service Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Travelers Cos. as a remote employee based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a client service or similar role.


As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will be the main point of contact for clients, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:


- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients - Understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions - Communicating with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing - Collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations - Analyzing client feedback and implementing improvements to the service - Managing client accounts and ensuring timely delivery of services - Providing regular reports to management on client activities and performance


Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in client service or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Hardworking and driven attitude - Problem-solving skills and creativity to find solutions - High level of professionalism and attention to detail
