Job Description:
Graybar Electric is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing for a better work-life balance. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing new business opportunities.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Understand the needs and goals of clients to provide tailored solutions and ensure client satisfaction - Develop and execute strategies to grow client accounts and increase revenue - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables - Monitor client performance metrics and provide regular reports to management - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance client service
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client services or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships - Resourceful and adaptable to changing business environments - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
