Client Service Officer

Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer at Public Service Enterprise Group in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. This is a part-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional client service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions - Identify and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Continuously monitor and assess client needs to anticipate any potential issues - Assist in developing and implementing new service offerings to meet client demands

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about providing top-notch client service - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Excellent people management skills with the ability to build rapport with clients - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong communication and organizational skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - Fluency in English and French is required - Experience in the energy industry is a plus
