Client Service Officer

As a Client Service Officer at Zurich Insurance Group, located in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing personalized service and addressing their inquiries and concerns - Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services - Process insurance policy applications, renewals, and claims with accuracy and attention to detail - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination in delivering services to clients - Stay up to date on insurance industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed guidance to clients

Requirements: - Confident and hardworking individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and research skills to effectively address client needs and recommend solutions - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or insurance is preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
