Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Land O'Lakes, a leading agricultural cooperative, is seeking a motivated Client Service Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service to clients - Handle client inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and recommendations as needed - Prepare and present reports on client accounts and feedback to management - Assist with the onboarding of new clients and provide training on our products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in negotiation and planning to effectively manage client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
