Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team at Regions Financial in Geneva, Kanton Genf, Switzerland. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns efficiently and accurately - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention - Manage client accounts, including processing transactions, updating information, and resolving any issues that may arise - Collaborate with other team members to provide comprehensive financial solutions to clients - Stay current on financial products and services offered by the company to effectively promote them to clients - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer experience - Compile and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes

Requirements: - Proven experience as a Client Service Officer or similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Confident and independent with the ability to work well under pressure - Excellent negotiation and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
