Job Description:
As a Client Service Officer at Kellogg in Lausanne, CH, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. This part-time position at the Associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate assistance. 2. Coordinate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction. 3. Process client requests, transactions, and documentation with precision and attention to detail. 4.
