Client Service Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Officer to join our team at Ingram Micro in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This role is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of products and services meets client expectations - Identify opportunities for upselling products and services to existing clients - Prepare reports and analysis on client performance and satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to clients

Requirements: - Reliable and confident personality - Strong persuasion and leadership skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
