Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Gilead Sciences, a leading biopharmaceutical company, is seeking a part-time Client Service Officer to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, independent, innovative, and have strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support - Manage incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in person - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions - Assist with administrative tasks related to client accounts and data entry - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Energetic and proactive attitude - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively
