Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Harman International Industries is seeking a reliable and passionate individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Manage client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely and accurate manner - Maintain client databases and ensure information is up to date - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
