Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Hormel Foods is looking for a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility of working from home. As an entry-level role, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.

Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services. 4. Manage client accounts, maintaining accurate records and updating information in our database. 5. Assist in the resolution of client issues and complaints, escalating to the appropriate team members when necessary. 6. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and assess their needs.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Excellent planning and time management abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and deliver results within deadlines. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection.
