Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a motivated Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Provide product information, pricing details, and order assistance as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Utilize CRM systems to track client interactions and maintain accurate records - Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and initiatives to improve overall client service processes - Collaborate with sales teams to identify new opportunities for client engagement and growth

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Experience in a remote or virtual work environment preferred - Hardworking and reliable with a client-centric mindset - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
