Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Eli Lilly is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and driven, with strong problem-solving and people management skills.

As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and delivering exceptional service. You will also be responsible for managing client accounts, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will be expected to collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and driven personality traits - Strong problem-solving and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
