Job Description:
Discovery Communications is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is driven, resilient, and eager to learn in an entry-level role.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Manage client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner - Assist with account management tasks including updating client information and processing orders - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues - Utilize critical thinking skills to assess client needs and provide personalized solutions - Assist with planning and execution of client events and meetings - Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives
Requirements: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work remotely and effectively collaborate with a virtual team - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required - Must be driven and resilient, with a passion for providing excellent customer service - Ability to think critically and problem-solve in fast-paced environments
