Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Georg Fischer AG is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are adaptable, dedicated, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and build strong relationships with customers - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans to meet client objectives - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a prompt and professional manner

Requirements: - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to client challenges - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
