Client Service Representative

Job Description:

LKQ is seeking a dedicated and motivated Client Service Representative to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. This is a part-time position at the associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, energetic, and possess strong planning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and escalate as needed - Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and coordinating deliveries - Provide support for sales representatives, including preparing quotes and proposals - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients - Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or client relations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Fluency in English and German (additional languages a plus)
