Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Owens-Illinois is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. The successful candidate will be driven and confident, with excellent project management skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on account statuses - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients - Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to share best practices and foster a global village mentality - Represent Owens-Illinois at trade shows and industry events, promoting our products and services - Maintain a high level of knowledge about Owens-Illinois products and services to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 3+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong project management skills - Ability to work effectively in a team setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows
