Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are driven, motivated, and looking to start their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Assist clients with reservations, bookings, and inquiries both in person and over the phone - Maintain a thorough knowledge of the services and offerings provided by Host Hotels & Resorts - Handle any client concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - A positive attitude and willingness to learn - Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required
