Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Fluor, a reputable company in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Service Representative to work from home. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, adaptability, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients regarding products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
