The Remote Client Service Specialist at SpartanNash is a part-time Associate Level position based in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH. As a Remote Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support to customers remotely. Your primary duties will include managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide troubleshooting and technical support to clients - Identify and escalate client issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Conduct client satisfaction surveys and follow up on feedback - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Proactively identify opportunities to improve service and streamline processes - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Driven and motivated to exceed client expectations - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
