Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Client Service Specialist to join our team at Aramark in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships to ensure their satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time. - Provide support and guidance to clients on our products and services. - Actively listen to client feedback and communicate insights to the relevant teams for continuous improvement. - Utilize company systems and tools to track and manage client interactions and ensure accurate reporting.
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. - Reliable and adaptable personality traits required to effectively handle various client needs. - Strong cooperation and planning skills to coordinate with internal teams and meet client expectations. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with clients. - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
