Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Kohl’s is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Specialist to join our team in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to address their inquiries and concerns - Assist clients with product information, ordering, and returns - Collaborate with our sales team to provide a seamless customer experience - Handle escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency - Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our database - Continuously seek ways to improve the client service experience

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a client service role - Possess emotional intelligence and leadership skills - Ability to adapt to various communication styles and preferences - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
