Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Tally Weijl Holding AG in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and provide information about products and services. 2. Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Build strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience with the company. 4. Provide support to the sales team by generating leads and following up on potential opportunities. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience from start to finish. 6. Contribute to the development of client service strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 7. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and adaptable personality traits to effectively engage with clients and handle various situations. 2. Strong soft skills in innovation and planning to develop creative solutions and strategies for client service. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
