Remote Client Support Assistant

Job Description: As a Remote Client Support Assistant at Owens Corning, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients based in Zurich, Kanton Zurich. You will work remotely as part of a dynamic team, focusing on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight in every interaction. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat - Providing technical support and troubleshooting for any issues that may arise - Assisting clients with account management and billing inquiries - Collaborating with various internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and resolutions - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or client support role - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong presentation skills and emotional intelligence - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluent in both written and spoken English and German
